Responsibilities

• The collection and monitoring of any changes to the undergraduate curricula of all departments, the preparation of the timetables and examination schedules and the administrative coordination of the educational operation of the departments, particularly in matters relating to the timetable, the holding of examinations, etc.

• Ensuring the timely preparation and publication of departmental study guides.

• The coordination of the procedures concerning the registration, transfer and qualifying examinations of students and the resolution of issues that arise.

• The study of the forms used by the academic departments concerning students (ID cards, course declarations, etc.) and the design of uniform and standardized forms.
