Strategic Planning Unit

A “Strategic Planning Unit” is established in each Higher Educational Institution (HEI). The Unit’s operational level and organizational structure are defined in the HEI’s Organization. The Strategic Planning Unit is a self-contained and independent unit, directly appertained to the HEI’s Rector, and in cooperation with the HEI’s Board of Directors.

Strategic Planning Unit’ Mission

The mission of the Strategic Planning Unit requires the preparation of the HEI’s strategic plan, as also the drafting of strategic partnership agreements’ planning, in accordance with Article 15, Law No. 4653/2020 (Α’ 12).

Internally, the Unit involves: a) the Strategic Planning Committee and b) the Strategic Planning Office.
