Quality Data Management Information System

Quality Data Management Information System

The Quality Data Management System is part of the Integrated National Quality Information System of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority for Higher Education and serves the purpose of facilitating and simplifying the process of collecting quantitative data from the country’s Higher Education Institutions.

This process takes place every year, at predetermined intervals. The data entered in the System relates to the previous academic or calendar year, depending on the subject category to which each item belongs.

The submission of this data to the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority for Higher Education is the responsibility of each institution’s Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority for Higher Education via the System in the form of a report. To enter the data in the System, the authorised users must log in here.

In order to support Certification, the System provides the possibility of exporting and making reports for the Committees of External Experts. These reports are part of the self-evaluation material of each academic unit and each Higher Education Institution. In addition, the System provides the possibility of submitting, in the System, additional accompanying files from the Quality Assurance Unit.

Finally, for the correct entry of quantitative data and to avoid misinterpretations by users in the Quality Data Management System, the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority for Higher Education provides a relevant Quality Data Manual, in which detailed descriptions of the coded questions are provided.
