Filotheos Ntalianis is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, University of Piraeus. He has completed his Ph.D. at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada and Graduate studies at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, USA. He is an active researcher and his work has appeared in academic journals and conferences. His research interests focus on the areas of motivation, personality, psychological contracts, employee physical activity and health.
