Responsibilities

  • The handling of all matters relating to the procedure for the advertisement, appointment or recruitment, tenure and general status of administrative staff of any category and with any relationship.

  • The issuance of the relevant acts, and the granting of all kinds of permits.

  • The issuing of salary scales and allowances.

  • The issuing and validation of hospital booklets and the maintenance of the register of administrative staff.

  • The monitoring of legislation relevant to administrative staff issues and informing all services of the institution.

  • The issuing of certificates and service cards.

  • Arranging for the typing and reproduction of documents and forms.

  • Coordinating the support staff (clerks, cleaners) of the call centre drivers.

  • The provision of information leaflets and instructions on issues concerning the Institution.

  • Ensuring the security and cleaning of the Institution’s premises.

  • The verification by the supervisor or the legal deputy of the accuracy of copies, photocopies or photocopies of any documents and general supporting documents after comparing them with the relevant original or exact copy displayed.
