The Department of Economics offers five Graduate Programmes (M.Sc.):
- M.Sc. in "Economic and Business Strategy"
The programme aims to equip graduates with appropriate expertise and adequate tools to achieve competitive advantage in the labor market as financial and operational strategy is fundamental to the structure, organization and operation of businesses in a competitive and constantly changing global environment.
- M.Sc. in "Health Economics & Management"
The programme aims to provide graduate students with the knowledge and means necessary to engage succesfully in all aspects of the fields of Health Economics and Healthcare Organizations' Management, in accordance with the agenda set forth by the World Health Organization.
The goal of the Master's Program in "Economics of Education and Management of Educational Units" is to provide learners with the knowledge necessary to understand the economic and social development in the field of education, to be able to manage educational units, and to research, plan and evaluate educational programs and policies. .
The MSc ιn Bioeconomics is an interdisciplinary program, whose aim is to provide cutting-edge specialised knowledge in the emerging field of bioeconomy as a main element for a smart, ecological and hence sustainable growth in Greece, Europe and worldwide.
- M.Sc. in "Applied Public Economics & Policy"
The MSc ιn Applied Public Economics & Policy is a program designed for candidates whose aim is to serve as specialized senior executives either in the public sector or in sectors directly affected by public policy, such as banks, consulting firms, private foundations and NGOs.
