Several state-of-the-art classrooms are already in operation, along with the auditorium, which is used for graduation ceremonies, award events, and large-scale special events such as Career Days. Upon completion, it will be a 44,000-square-meter campus featuring: 9 auditoriums, a modern conference center for 1,000 people with auxiliary spaces, a 2,000 m² library, 60 spaces suitable for laboratories or start-ups, a fully equipped dining area and 40 guest dormitories. Additionally, in collaboration with the Municipality of Nikaia–Renti, a dedicated shuttle bus service operates from the Nikaia Metro Station.
