The Department Assembly is composed of
all faculty members and student representatives (50% of faculty members for undergraduate
students and 15% for postgraduate students).
The Special Composition Department Assembly
is composed of all faculty members and two representatives of the postgraduate students.
It administers all matters pertaining to postgraduate studies.
The Chairman and Vice Chairman are
elected every two years by an electoral body which consists of all faculty members,
students (50% of faculty members) and representatives of postgraduate students, research
assistants and other administration.
Department committees appointed by the Department
Assembly or the Chairman which study and make recommendations to the Department Assembly
and the Chairman on several academic matters such as the programs of study, student
requests, library etc |
