The duration of the undergraduate course of the Department of Informatics is four years (eight semesters) and leads to the award of the B.Sc degree. During the first and second semester, the courses offered are mandatory for all the students of the Department. In the third and fourth semester, in addition to the mandatory courses, the students must attend an optional course. In the fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth semesters the students must attend two optional courses in addition to the mandatory ones.

Foreign languages (English, French, German) are taught.

The duration of teaching on a weekly basis for each course is 4 hours.
